Cosy
Automate onboarding new members and 1:1 intros via DMs. Slack-native, searchable member directory. Surface top content. Flag dupe & spam messages.
About
1. Automate Onboarding Create and automate up to 10 distinct onboarding welcome DM sequences, from either you, a team member or the Cosy bot. 2. Connect Your Members Grow engagement by automatically introducing your community members to each other in the DMs. 3. Member Directory Create a simple, searchable directory of all your community members, without them or you leaving Slack. Customise your fields, create your profile, then notify all members to build your member directory. Members can search for keywords, and filter for profiles that have been filled in. 4. Content Highlights Instantly surface the top 10 most engaging posts in your community, or a list of all public messages nobody has replied to, across a single channel or all channels, with a quick slash command: 5. Moderation Instantly detect duplicate posts (a common spamming technique) and abusive language, to keep your community safe - without the heavy lifting.
Key Features
Automated Onboarding Sequences
Create up to 10 customizable welcome DM sequences that send automatically when a user joins. Messages can come from you, a team member, or the Cosy bot and be scheduled immediately or with custom delays.
Automated 1:1 Intros
Automatically introduce opted-in members to each other on a configurable cadence (every 1–4 weeks) via 3-person DMs to boost engagement and networking without manual effort.
Searchable Member Directory
Build and maintain a Slack-native member directory with up to 10 custom profile fields. Members can be prompted to complete profiles and others can search/filter directly from Slack.
Content Highlights & Slash Commands
Surface top performing posts or unreplied messages across channels using simple slash commands (/most-engaged-messages, /most-engaged-messages-all, /unreplied-messages, /unreplied-messages-all) and schedule recurring reports.
Moderation & Spam Detection
Automatically flag duplicate posts and abusive language to help moderators keep the community safe and reduce manual moderation workload.
