How to Use Convo

1) Download and install the Convo macOS app and sign up for an account. 2) Grant Convo permission to access your Mac audio and connect your calendar and preferred meeting tools (Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, Webex, etc.). 3) Start or join a meeting — Convo will run locally and listen silently, surfacing real-time response suggestions, relevant facts, and cues on your screen. 4) After the call, view the transcript, summary, action items, and search across past meetings in the Convo dashboard; export notes, turn items into calendar events, or send follow-up drafts.
