About

AC Health is unique due to the high level of customization that a provider can have when creating exercise programs for clients - all while retaining simplicity. A provider can personally demonstrate exercises by creating custom user-generated videos, images, audio, or text. Or, by pulling in YouTube videos or from a third party exercise library to create the perfect program for your client. Providers can track when a client completes their exercises, they can set goals, and they can reward their clients by having them earn points and get incentives whenever they complete their exercises. There is also an internal messaging platform plus the ability to set exercise reminders. The platform is also HIPAA-compliant, which makes it suitable for the medical/healthcare space.

Key Features

Highly Customizable Exercise Programs

Create tailored programs using provider-recorded videos, images, audio, and text, or import YouTube and third-party library exercises to match each client's needs.

Completion Tracking & Goal Management

Monitor client adherence, track exercise completion and progress toward goals with built-in metrics and reporting for providers.

Secure Messaging & Reminders

Two-way internal messaging plus configurable reminders to keep clients engaged and support ongoing communication between provider and client.

Gamification & Incentives

Reward clients with points and incentives when they complete exercises to boost motivation and adherence.

HIPAA-compliant Security

Platform designed to meet healthcare privacy and security requirements, suitable for clinical and medical use.

How to Use AC Health

1) Create a provider account and set up your practice profile (ensure HIPAA settings are configured). 2) Build a program: add exercises and customize each entry with provider-recorded video/image/audio/text or import from YouTube/third-party libraries; set sets, reps, schedules and target goals. 3) Assign the program to a client, enable reminders and messaging, and publish. 4) Monitor client activity: review completion logs, communicate via internal messages, adjust programs and award incentives as clients hit milestones.
